Nick Larson is the host and creator of the Project…
Jim McCann joins the podcast to talk about his passion for upland hunting in the interior of Alaska as well as his love for bird dogs, shotguns and wild places.
On this episode, I’m joined by Jim McCann, author, photographer and Alaska upland hunter. During our conversation we talk about a number of Jim’s Alaskan adventures in pursuit of sharp-tailed grouse, ruffed grouse, spruce grouse, ptarmigan and more! Jim and I delve deep into what it’s like upland hunting in Alaska as well as the various mixed bag hunts he has available to him. Jim is also a freelance photographer and writer who loves a good story almost as much as he loves telling one!
