I ordered Project Upland magazine, when will I receive my first issue?

Each issue is sent in two bulk mailings. If your order was submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the newsstand date (above), you will receive it within two weeks of that newsstand date. If you subscribe within 30 days after the newsstand release (above) you will receive that issue the following month. Any subscriptions ordered after 30 days post-newsstand release, will not begin until the following issue, which means it will be about two months before you receive your first issue. If that’s too long to wait (it is!), you can always order back issues that would be in your mailbox within about 7 days from the time you order them.

I am still having issues renewing my subscription, what do I do?

Send an email detailing your issue along with the name, mailing address, and email used to subscribe to and we will work to resolve the issue.

What if I only want to sample an issue and not subscribe until I have seen it?

Project Upland Magazine sells back issues for our $9.99 newsstand price plus shipping for those that want to both collect all issues and would like to sample the publication before committing to a subscription.
