Dangerous Cow Publishing is proud to present the 2017 season of Project Upland, A Bird Hunting Epic Series. Over the next 11 months, we will release 7 feature films and 7 short films celebrating the culture and traditions of upland bird hunting. You will go all over the country from the grouse camps of the Midwest to the deep South. We will also write about more species, including the iconic ring-necked pheasant. Our written content will continue to bring the upland lifestyle to the masses in creative and inspirational ways.

We will release our latest adventure, Gun Dog Confidential, A Project Upland Series. This unique and candid look at dog training, handling, and stories will showcase the veteran trainers of the upland world. It will also provide a confidential look at novice upland bird dog owners as they experience the growth and excitement of gun dogs firsthand. The series is a visually stunning, informative and exciting mix of “how-to” shorts, articles, and Project Upland Films. New dog handlers will get to learn from other novices about things veteran trainers forgot they experienced so many years ago. And all this is backed by authoritative expert opinions to help build solid foundations in gun dog training.
