Wild Rice

Mushrooms – white button are ok

Sweet onion, shallot or ramps) leeks will doo too

Craisins or fresh cranberries

Pecan, walnut, or hazelnut pieces

Salt & Pepper

Butter

Thyme

Garlic

Sweet Potato or Winter squash

Bouillon

Carrots

Celery

Onion
