Jon hunts upland birds behind his English setter and English cocker in east Texas. He started an Instagram account (@wingbeatsandlittlefeet) to document his adventures — including the satisfaction of introducing his son to the world of upland hunting. Our conversation highlights various upland hunting opportunities in Texas as well as the process of introducing new people to upland hunting.
